Returns Policy

1Scope

This policy describes how returns, refunds, and cancellations work at Poster Memorabilia. It applies to every purchase. It sits alongside — and separate from — our Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee, described in section 8.

2The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Return any piece within 90 days of delivery, for any reason, for a full refund of your purchase price. You don't need to give a reason, and we won't ask you to justify one. Authenticity is guaranteed for life; the decision to keep a piece, you get 90 days to make.

3How to Return

Start your return in our returns portal: https://returns.postermemorabilia.com. Three routes:

• With Easy Returns: if you added Easy Returns at checkout, your prepaid, tracked return label is free — it's issued in the portal.
• Prepaid label: otherwise, a prepaid, tracked return label is available in the portal for for most locations — the simplest route.
• Self-ship: or ship the piece back yourself with any carrier, at your own cost, to the return address provided in the portal. We recommend a tracked service.

4Refunds

Your refund covers the full purchase price of the piece and is issued to your original payment method. Refunds are processed once tracking shows your return is on its way — you won't be waiting on delivery back to us. Depending on your bank or provider, funds typically appear within 3 — 5 business days of processing.

5Condition of Returns

Please return pieces in the condition they arrived: rolled in the protective tube (the original tube is ideal), with the Certificate of Authenticity included. We understand a piece may have been unrolled and considered — that's what the 90 days are for — we simply ask that it comes back undamaged and complete.

6Damaged or Lost in Transit

Every shipment is fully insured. If a piece arrives in anything less than perfect condition, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the piece and the tube it arrived in, and we will make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice. If tracking shows your order has stalled or gone missing, contact us and we will resolve it directly; the insurance is our problem to manage, not yours.

7Cancellations & Changes

Orders can be cancelled or changed at no cost any time before dispatch — contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once a piece has shipped, the 90-day return process above applies.

8The Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee

Separate from returns, every signature we sell is covered by our Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee: if a signature we sold is ever proven inauthentic, the full purchase price is refunded — no time limit, covering every piece we have ever sold, whatever certificate accompanies it.
