Use of this website and the services offered by Poster Memorabilia ("Poster Memorabilia", "we", "us") is subject to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

03 Products & Product Information

Poster Memorabilia specialises in collectible posters featuring genuine hand-signed autographs from the person or people identified in the applicable product listing.

The autograph itself is original and is not printed, reproduced or mechanically applied.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, availability and pricing are accurate. If a genuine error occurs in a listing, price or availability, we may correct the error or cancel the affected order and provide an appropriate refund.

04 Authentication & Documentation

Every autograph is examined by our authentication team before being accepted into the Poster Memorabilia collection.

Every piece includes a serial-numbered Certificate of Authenticity, a corresponding tamper-evident hologram and permanent registration through AutographRegistry.com.

These records are connected to the individual piece through its unique certificate number.

05 Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee

Eligible purchases are backed by our Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee in accordance with the eligibility requirements and terms of that guarantee.

The Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee is separate from our Returns Policy and applies specifically to autograph authenticity.

06 Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We may decline or cancel an order where a piece is unavailable, a genuine listing or pricing error has occurred, or we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order. Where payment has already been received for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

07 Promotions & Price Adjustments

Promotional offers, discount codes and price adjustments may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, dates, exclusions and other conditions communicated with the applicable offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers and have no cash value.

08 Shipping & Delivery

Poster Memorabilia offers tracked shipping. Available shipping options and any applicable charges are shown during the purchase process.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If an order is damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so that we can investigate and assist.

09 Returns & Refunds

Eligible purchases may be returned in accordance with our 90-day Returns Policy.

Eligibility, return conditions, available return methods and refund terms are governed by the Returns Policy.

10 Cancellations & Order Changes

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

We will attempt to accommodate changes before dispatch where reasonably possible. Once an order has been dispatched, the applicable Returns Policy will apply.

11 User Conduct

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, interfere with or disrupt the website or its connected systems, attempt to circumvent security or access controls, or otherwise misuse the website or services.

12 Respect for Our Team

We expect communications with our team to remain respectful. Threats, harassment, discrimination or abusive behaviour toward staff will not be accepted.

Where appropriate, we may restrict access to our services or refer serious matters to relevant authorities.

Website content including text, graphics, branding, photographs, design elements and software is owned by Poster Memorabilia or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

If you opt in to marketing communications, message frequency may vary and consent is not a condition of purchase.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in those messages. Where SMS messaging is offered, applicable opt-out instructions will be provided with those messages.

15 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided without warranties other than those that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poster Memorabilia will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from use of this website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, warranty, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

16 Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Poster Memorabilia against losses reasonably arising from your unlawful use of the website or material breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Poster Memorabilia's operations, subject to any mandatory rights or protections available to you under applicable law.
