Please note: Our inventory is limited as we may have only received a few posters in total. Most of our items are obtained from film premieres, studios, and from autographed hounds such as the one in the story below:
Out of all the classics in American literature, "Little Women" is still my absolute favorite. It's so inspiring for women like me who've chosen their own paths when pressured to get a man. That's why it was also so special for me to have met the cast of the 2019 film adaptation, "big women," all of them!
Of course, as a Potterhead, Emma Watson was the one I was most excited about. I've always thought of her as a 'Jo' but she was phenomenal in the film as 'Meg.' Meeting her during the New York premiere of the film, I tried so hard not to call her 'Hermione,' lol! Come to think of it, I've always thought that Hermonie was sort of inspired by Jo, wasn't she? That's why I thought that when I hear that Emma Watson was going to star in a film adaptation for "Little Women," that she was a shoo-in for the lead!
Speaking of Jo, Saoirse Ronan did her justice like you wouldn't believe! No wonder she was nominated for an Oscar for it! Having her sign my copies of the movie poster, I can't help but get enchanted by the statuesque, almost goddess-like actress. As 'Jo,' she was naturally rambunctious, playful, and so high-spirited. But in real life? Elegance personified! She looked every bit like the movie star she has become! I am such a fan!
'Little Amy,' Florence Pugh, also looked incredibly beautiful. And what a voice! I've always found women who look dainty but have raspy voices so sexy. Was she ever! She's also such a fun person to meet. I'm sure she's had fans acting crazy in front of her but all throughout the premiere night, she was the one who was goofing around with us. She was more than game to sign our stuff (she signed all of my copies!), took selfies with people, and just had a good time! I envied her energy! I'm sure she was exhausted promoting the film!
That night, I got to meet the rest of the cast and got their autographs too. Laura Dern is always a legend. Timothee Chalamet really is spectacularly handsome, and James Norton is such a hunk! I have to admit, I've never been so attracted to an entire cast before! Everyone was so beautiful and handsome! I got chills meeting them!
I hope, with this film, as well as these autographed posters, the legacy of "Little Women" lives on in the next generation! It's a story worth telling, again and again, all for the sake of women everywhere!
