Quentin Tarantino’s Twisted Hollywood is Beautiful

Three of the best-looking people in movies, one Chinese Theatre carpet, and a very dazzled fan.

By an anonymous Hollywood insider

How can a guy as twisted as Quentin Tarantino make such amazing films? Well, you probably need to be a little twisted to be a great filmmaker, but that guy is just bonkers. Take Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, for instance. What he does with that summer of 1969 is insane, to say the least.

But as twisted as his version of late-1960s Hollywood is, it's still so beautiful. Tarantino truly knows how to assemble a great cast, not to mention a stunning one. Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is the perfect example. The leads are Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, and Margot Robbie, some of the most beautiful movie stars to ever appear in films.

With that much looks and talent, even I would want to put them in a crazy movie to see what they can do. And I witnessed it myself when I went to the movie's Los Angeles premiere. When I saw the movie for the first time, I knew it was gonna be a hit. It was signature Tarantino, as twisted as Hollywood can get.

“It was signature Tarantino, as twisted as Hollywood can get.”

That made me even prouder that I met the lead stars and got their autographs beforehand. A night like that is the kind of thing you want something to remember it by, and for me, that's always a poster. Three signatures from three people at the absolute top of their game, all on one sheet.

It also helped that the actors never looked better. Those three were definitely at their prime at the premiere. Leo and Brad were handsome and charismatic, while Margot was beautiful and angelic. They were the epitome of modern-day Hollywood movie stars, fitting for the movie they just released.

Seeing him in person convinced me that Brad Pitt is the type to get better-looking with age. He was already a knockout in the 90s, but he looked more magnetic that night, and he was already in his 50s by that point. Some people just get a second wind, and his has lasted about twenty years now.

The same goes for Leonardo DiCaprio. He was no longer the teenage heartthrob my sister was obsessed with in the 90s, but he'd grown into something better: a proper leading man who looked like he belonged in a Tarantino movie about faded stardom.

Speaking of good-looking, you can look up the word in the dictionary, and I can bet you'll find Margot Robbie right next to it. Now that's a bona fide babe! I used to think that no woman would ever surpass Marilyn Monroe, but Robbie is putting up a good fight.

Gorgeous doesn't even begin to describe her. It blows my mind how she can look angelic in her white dress at the movie premiere but also look like a total bombshell in the film. She's a true Hollywood siren, and I still count myself lucky that I got to see her in person.

Overall, I had a great time at Tarantino's twisted Hollywood because I met actual movie stars and got their autographs. I also still rank Once Upon a Time in Hollywood as one of the director's best, and I say that as a huge fan of Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill.

Some things you watch. This one you keep.
