90-Day Refund Policy:

At Poster Memorabilia, we are committed to delivering high-quality, authentic signed memorabilia along with exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee from the date of receipt.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

1. The product must be returned within 90 days of receipt.

2. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we encourage you to carefully inspect your piece. You may remove it from the tube to admire its authenticity and the signatures of the cast. As long as the item remains in pristine, undamaged condition, we are happy to accommodate a return within the specified period. We kindly ask that it be returned in the same immaculate condition as when it was received.

To initiate a return, please contact us at  support@postermemorabilia.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Our customer service team will assist you with the return process.

Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will process the refund to the original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 1 business day of receipt of the returned product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a traceable shipping method for your protection.

If the product is found to be damaged, it will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
