1Our promise

Every signature sold by Poster Memorabilia is covered by our Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee. Forever.

Collectors should never have to wonder whether a company will still stand behind its word years later. We will.

If a signature purchased from Poster Memorabilia is ever proven inauthentic — as set out in section 3 — we will refund the full purchase price paid for the piece. There is no time limit on this guarantee. Not one year, not ten. Ever.

2What it covers

This guarantee covers the authenticity of every signature on the piece: that each one was genuinely hand-signed by the person named in the listing and on the Certificate of Authenticity.

It covers authenticity only. Questions of condition, damage in transit, or simply changing your mind are handled — generously — by our 90-day returns policy.

Authenticity doesn't expire. Neither does this guarantee.

3What "proven inauthentic" means

A signature is proven inauthentic when a written finding from a recognized professional autograph authentication service — such as PSA/DNA, Beckett Authentication Services (BAS), or JSA — concludes that the signature is not genuine.

A finding means a formal written determination issued after the service has physically examined the piece itself, identifying the piece examined and stating its conclusion. Opinions based on photographs alone, preliminary or "quick opinion" screenings, and verbal assessments are not findings and do not qualify. We may verify any finding directly with the issuing service before acting on it.

An outcome of "inconclusive" or "unable to authenticate" is not a finding that a signature is not genuine. We will still review such outcomes in good faith under this section.

We review every claim in good faith. Where opinions differ between authenticators, we will assess the evidence fairly and, where appropriate, obtain an additional opinion from another recognized professional service at our own expense before deciding. Nothing in this section limits our discretion to resolve a claim in a collector's favor.

4How to make a claim

Email support@postermemorabilia.com with:

• your order number, or the serial number on the Certificate of Authenticity;
• the written finding described in section 3; and
• your contact details.

We will acknowledge your claim within two business days and keep you informed throughout the review.

If your claim is accepted, we provide a prepaid return label. Your full refund is processed as soon as the piece arrives back with us and is matched to its serial number — the return costs you nothing.

5The remedy

If a signature is determined to be inauthentic under this guarantee, Poster Memorabilia will refund the full purchase price paid for the piece.

The piece is returned to us as part of the claim: we provide a prepaid return label, and your refund is processed as soon as the piece arrives back with us and is matched to the serial number on its Certificate of Authenticity. The return costs you nothing.

6Who Can Claim

This guarantee belongs to the original purchaser who bought the piece directly from Poster Memorabilia. If you acquired a piece from another collector or through a secondary sale, we still encourage you to contact us — while the guarantee is held by the original purchaser, we will always investigate a genuine authenticity concern about any piece we originally sold.

7This guarantee and your other rights

This Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee is separate from, and in addition to, our 90-day returns policy, which allows you to return any purchase within 90 days of delivery, for any reason, for a full refund.

This guarantee is also in addition to — and does not limit or replace — any rights and remedies you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
