No offense to Kanye West (and his fans), but I remember a time when he wasn't crazy. Sure, he's always been cocky, and a bit of a di**, but at least back then, he was entertaining. Now, he just seems completely deranged, and the scary part is you don't know if it's real or if it's all an act.
Now, if Yeezy has really found Jesus, good for him! I am a Christian myself and my faith has helped me go through some of the craziest sh** in my life. However, when I thought that he's finally changed for the better, he goes out saying he's the best artist around and that he still plans to run for president in the future. That doesn't sound like a person who's found God. It sounds more like someone acting like a God.
Anyways, thank God I met him when he was still normal (well, normal in the Kanye sense I mean...). It was around the time that he just married Kim Kardashian and he seemed genuinely happy with how his life turned out. He held an exclusive meet-and-greet with fans and my bro Jeff got me in. I brought along my "Ye" posters and he signed each and every one. He didn't even seem annoyed or nuthin'. He was just chill and cool. He still didn't smile all that much then though.
The Kanye I met years ago, that's the one I hope to see again soon. Yo, wake me up when he's back. Yeezy was lit... this guy, on the other hand, I don't know him!
