Alright, here goes nothing. This is my story about trying to get some autographs at the "Bullet Train" premiere. The event was on August 1, 2022, at the Regency Village Theatre in Los Angeles. As a grumpy old autograph hound, I wasn’t thrilled about battling the crowd, but I knew the opportunity was too good to pass up.
I got there early because, let’s face it, getting a good spot is half the battle. The place was packed with fans and media, all buzzing about Sandra Bullock and the rest of the cast. I staked out my spot near the entrance and settled in for a long wait.
When Sandra Bullock finally showed up, it was mayhem. People were screaming, cameras were flashing, and there I was, waving my "Bullet Train" poster like a madman. To my surprise, Sandra actually stopped and signed it. Not bad for an old guy like me.
Next up were Joey King and Aaron Taylor-Johnson. They were nice enough to add their signatures to my poster too. Joey even smiled and said, "Hope you enjoy the movie!" Sure, kid, whatever you say.
The night dragged on, but my patience paid off. I managed to get autographs from Brian Tyree Henry, Andrew Koji, Hiroyuki Sanada, Michael Shannon, and Bad Bunny. Each one was a small victory in a sea of chaos.
Collecting autographs is more than just getting signatures; it's about the thrill of the chase. But, to be honest, I’m getting too old for this. My legs were killing me, and my patience was wearing thin. Still, looking at my poster now, I have to admit, it was worth it.
So, that’s my story. If you’re into autographs, go for it. Just be prepared for the madness that comes with it. And bring a chair, your legs will thank you.
Please note: Our inventory is limited as we may have only received a few posters in total. Most of our items are obtained from film premieres, studios, and from autographed hounds such as the one in the story above.
