Let me explain my title. Watching Pink live is sort of like trauma, but a "Beautiful Trauma" as what her tour title says. At times, memories can trigger a visceral feeling that's exhilarating and exciting. And to this day, I still remember seeing her tour and feeling traumatized. Traumatized at witnessing such talent in front of my very eyes.  Â
Seemingly, with every fiber of being, Pink gave it all in every performance. Her voice never sounded better. She never looked greater. And the atmosphere was just so exciting, it was as if I was in a three-hour roller coaster ride. And every bit of it was a loop de loop. What I loved so much about it was that it was all obviously live. Pink has such a distinct voice that, at least in my opinion, it will be obvious if and when she lipsyncs. But here, were sexy raspy timber was as clear as ever.Â
Now, my friends and I were able to buy special passes for the concert. So we were some of the lucky few that would get the meet the superstar after it was all through. Seeing her after having done a solid three hours of performing, she looked ravishing. It was as if she just got out of bed and had taken a nice morning shower. That's how surprisingly radiant she looked. And I couldn't help but think of it even when she was signing my posters and chatting with us a bit. She still exuded energy and confidence.Â
When I grow up, I want to be just like Pink. to be that real superstar that makes people traumatized. Traumatized at the fact that such greatness really does exist in this world!Â
