It may not be one of Disney's most memorable films, but "The Good Dinosaur" sure is one of their most heartwarming! And this is thanks in part of the cast of actors who gave such tremendous performances. It's just a shame that it didn't receive the attention and recognition it deserves.
Without even knowing anything about the film, I went to the movie's red carpet premiere hoping to be surprised. And boy was I ever! The biggest shocker for me was Frances McDormand, one of today's finest actresses. She's ventured into family-friendly movies before so I knew she was in familiar territory. And it doesn't hurt that she's one of the nicest celebrities I've ever met. I and my sisters absolutely love her and when she came to us to sign our posters, we fell even further!
Then comes Jeffrey Wright, who was more of a surprise to us. Wright usually stars in some of the most serious films around, so for him to pop up and star in a Disney film, an animated one no-less, put a smile on our faces. He, too, was extremely polite and kind enough to sign all of our movie posters.
With this amount of talent, Disney must have paid a ton of money to get this cast to assemble. And as someone who's seen the film and already know it by heart, every cent was worth it!
