Please note: Our inventory is limited as we may have only received a few posters in total. Most of our items are obtained from film premieres, studios, and from autographed hounds such as the one in the story below:
I rarely get my autographs on the red carpet. Since my cousin works for a big Hollywood executive, I often get full access to the stars. But sometimes mean I have to do all sorts of odd jobs to get to them. But when she was just new in Marvel Studios, and the whole MCU phenomenon hadn't blown up yet, she, at least, got me tickets to the premiere of Captain America: The First Avenger.
Now there I was front and center at the red carpet event. But I had to make sure I would stand out. I had to present myself in a way that all the stars will sign all of my copies of the movie's poster. And so what did I do? I wore my old army camo to the premiere! Before I got into autograph-hounding, I was in the army. I went straight after high school and never regretted it since. Especially when it comes to these sorts of occasions.
Thankfully, my plan worked! All of the stars: Chris Evans, Haley Atwell, Tommy Lee Jones, Sebastian Stan, and more signed all of my posters! Not just one, all of them! Why wouldn't they? Will they deny a veteran's request for a couple of autographs during a premiere of what's undoubtedly the most patriotically American film in the MCU? Of course not!
I don't always go for the veteran route when getting what I want. But I don't regret going for it that night!
