A Badass Reunion In The Wild West

I would have never guessed that, someday, I'd get to meet the "Young Guns" in person! Well, not the actual historic cowboys that the 1988 film was based on, but the actors that starred in it. Mind you, though they weren't all that big yet back then, they're now major stars in their own right!

Through my co-worker, I got the chance to attend a special reunion event that reunited the lead stars of "Young Guns." These were legends—Emilio Estevez, Charlie Sheen, Kiefer Sutherland, Lou Diamond Phillips, and more! Though I liked the movie myself, I was ever a huge fan like my colleague. In fact, I was only there as a favor for him. He asked me to accompany him since he brought along a few copies of the movie poster and wanted my help in getting them signed. Though these were screen legends we're talking about. I wasn't sure I'd be any help!

After a screening of the movie and a forum was through, it was time to meet the cast. I still laugh remembering how sweaty my co-worker was at the time. He's always so serious at work so to see him be a complete mess was refreshing. Nevertheless, he's also got balls! Most of the actors that night were very intimidating. It's not that they didn't want to be there or anything like that. They just seemed like they weren't in a good mood. Perhaps there was drama between them? Far be it for me to go all Access Hollywood on them. I was there to help my friend and nothing more.

Eventually, it was our turn to meet the actors. They were surprisingly nice and friendly, far from the vibe they gave off a little while ago. Charlie Sheen still looked like how he did in "2 and 1/2 Men." It was crazy! I mean, I'm sure he's done a lot to still look that way but still! It's like he's a vampire or something. Emilio Estevez, on the other hand, looked a lot older than he did in the movie. Of course, that's to be expected. But compared to his brother Charlie, it was just weird seeing them side by side.

Through my colleague's courage and my contribution, we were able to get most of the cast to sign our posters. Keither Sutherland was the nicest of them all! He signed all of our copies, mine and my co-worker's. It's not like we asked him to, in fact, I thought he'd only sign one and be done with it. That's what I thought all of them would do. But because he signed all of our posters, the other cast members followed suit. You should have seen my co-worker's face when Sutherland did that. He has the biggest and most stupid-looking grin that I couldn't believe I worked with that guy!

After the event ended, my college gave me most of the posters. He only kept like two or three for himself, telling me that having more than that would be a hassle since he and his wife and kids live in a relatively small place. Also, since he knew I was tech-savvy, he figured I could profit off of these signed posters. Of course, I decided to take that route myself!

So now, here are autographed posters from the legendary cast of "Young Gun." These were signed by some of the biggest legends in Hollywood. Remember that!

Please note: Our inventory is limited as we may have only received a few posters in total. Most of our items are obtained from film premieres, studios, and from autographed hounds such as the one in the story above.
