You'd be surprised at how chill some big-named artists really are. Though, I should have known all along that Post Malone wasn't some punk-ass diva like many of his kind. He's one of the realest players out there, as well as a true artist! I once had the privilege of hanging out with him once, and he was as cool as can be!
How was I able to meet him, you ask? Well, it turns out, my boi Derek and Post Malone go way back! They were tight back in middle school. It just that they went on different paths, so they drifted apart through the years. Since then, I've grown close to Derek as one of my best homies. I even had him officiate my wedding with mah baby mama. He's the best, and no wonder why he and Post Malone became close back then.
But man, when I saw the rapper see Derek for the first time, it was as if they were long-lost brothers. It was right after a concert he did in our city. Mah boi slid into Malone's DMs and got us backstage passes. It was dope! Malone, or Austin Richard Post, was livin' the high life. He had junk food everywhere, video games, and he could probably call any girl and she'd be willing to do anything for him.
Anyways, after about an hour of catching up, Derek and I asked for his autographs on our "That's It" posters. The true friend that he is, Post signed each and every one. He even signed one especially and addressed it to me. Man, that was dope!
