The Most Iconic Witch on Television!

"Charmed," "Bewitched," "The Good Witch,"—for years, TV has seen countless shows about witches. Whether they were bored housewives in the 60s or badass Charlie's Angels-like sisters in the 90s, it seems audiences couldn't get enough of those that we were supposed to be afraid of. And if you were to ask me who was the best and most iconic? Without a doubt, my answer would be Sabrina Spellman!

For me, "Sabrina, The Teenage Witch" was a sitcom that defined the 90s teen world. Starring the ultimate 90s icon, Melissa Joan Hart, it represented a generation living during the turn of the century. She was cool, funny, sassy, relatable, quirky, and everything you wanted in a 90s sitcom protagonist. And to this day, with all due respect to the recent "Chilling Adventures of Sabrina" reboot, the 90s Sabrina Spellman remains the only "Sabrina" for me. I mean, I appreciate the dark turn with the new series, but I prefer the light, fluffy, and funny feeling of the original!

If you're wondering just how much I loved that show, I actually got the chance to get the original cast's autographs on posters that I bought from online vintage shops. It was during a special reunion of some of the cast during an event in Hollywood a couple of years back. If I remember correctly, it was to commemorate the new reboot and celebrate the old one. Somewhat of a "passing-the-baton" situation that only true-blue "Sabrina" fans knew about. Those who attended included Melissa Joan Hart, Caroline Rhea, Beth Broderick, and Nick Bakay (voice of Salem).

That night, they talked about how they felt about the new reboot and what the original sitcom meant in their lives. Melissa Joan Hart still looked so similar to how she did back in the day that I would have loved if she got cast in the new show. But I'm glad Caroline Rhea and Beth Broderic got to! That was great! Nick Bakay, on the other hand, really does have. a great voice. I've only known him as a black cat but when I heard his voice without the facade of Salem, it gave me chills!

All in all, they told us how they were excited about the new reboot and hoped that fans who loved their show would give this new one a chance. Unfortunately, I wasn't one of them but I'm not an outright hater of it, unlike others! Nevertheless, because they support it, I got a newfound appreciation of it and watched a couple of episodes. It wasn't that bad but it's definitely not my cup of tea!

Oh yeah, before I forget, when I met the OG cast and got my posters signed, I realized that they really were awesome people. There wasn't a hint of ego about them and they even felt so much gratitude for us fans who attended the event. It was as if they were surprised that people still remembered the show. Are they kidding me? It was one of the best series that was on when I was growing up. I felt more honored that they were willing to sign my posters! lol!

Anyways, “Sabrina, The Teenage Witch” will always be the best witch-based TV series ever! Those of you who agree ought to buy some of these autographed posters as proof! Just kidding! But seriously, true fans would want these!

Please note: Our inventory is limited as we may have only received a few posters in total. Most of our items are obtained from film premieres, studios, and from autographed hounds such as the one in the story above.
