1Acceptance of Terms

Use of this website and the services offered by Poster Memorabilia ("Poster Memorabilia", "we", "us") is subject to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Your continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3Products & Product Information

Every piece we sell is hand-signed by the artist(s) named in the listing. Posters are high-quality reproductions at standard collector size and are described as such; the signatures are the authentic, guaranteed element of every piece. Full details: Authentication Policy.

We work to keep all product descriptions and pricing accurate. In the event of a genuine error in a listing or price, we may cancel the affected order and will refund it in full.

4The Guarantees

Every signature authenticated and sold by Poster Memorabilia is covered by our Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee: if a signature we sold is ever proven inauthentic, the full purchase price is refunded, with no time limit. This guarantee covers every piece we have ever sold and survives all other limitations in these Terms. Full terms: Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee.

Separately, every purchase is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee — return within 90 days of delivery, for any reason, for a full refund, as set out in our Returns Policy.

5Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may decline an order where a product is unavailable or a genuine listing error has occurred; declined orders are refunded in full. Payment is accepted through the methods shown at checkout and must be received before dispatch.

6Price Adjustments

If you purchase a piece within 7 days before the start of a promotional sale, and the identical piece (same design, size, and edition) is included in that sale, you may request a price adjustment within 7 days of the sale's commencement by emailing support@postermemorabilia.com with your order number. On verification, the difference is refunded to your original payment method. Clearance and final-sale items may be excluded.

7Shipping

Every shipment is fully insured and tracked. Shipping timeframes are estimates; where a delivery is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us and we will resolve it directly — the insurance is our responsibility to manage, not yours, as set out in our Returns Policy.

8Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy: return any piece within 90 days of delivery, for any reason, for a full refund of your purchase price. Return shipping options — including free prepaid labels with Easy Returns, prepaid labels via our returns portal, or self-shipping — are set out in that policy. Where these Terms and the Returns Policy differ, the Returns Policy prevails.

9User Conduct

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with or disrupt the website or its connected networks, or to circumvent its security or access controls.

10Respect for Our Team

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behaviour toward our staff, including threats, harassment, discrimination, or abuse through any channel. We reserve the right to restrict access to our website and services, and to refer serious matters to relevant authorities, in response to such behaviour.

11Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Poster Memorabilia or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

12SMS & Email Marketing

If you opt in to our mobile messaging or email marketing programs, message frequency varies, consent is not a condition of purchase, message and data rates may apply, and you may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP (or HELP for assistance), and of email via the unsubscribe link in any message. You agree to provide a valid mobile number and to notify us if it changes.

13Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer protection legislation, this website and its content are provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the same extent, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes the Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee, the 90-day money-back guarantee, or any right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Poster Memorabilia and its officers, employees, and agents from losses, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms or unlawful use of this website.

15Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

16General

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Poster Memorabilia regarding use of this website. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
