If you'd meet him, you will relate. I've met a good few celebrities having lived in LA, but his eyes have been the most incredible I've seen so far. They're so blue, round, and almost innocent-looking. It honestly even disturbed a little thinking how innocent they looked and yet he's covered in tattoos, lol!
I had the privilege of chancing upon his baby blues when I met him on the red carpet. Well, he was on the red carpet, I was behind the barracks that kept the crazy fans away from the celebrities. Still, when they would come up to us to sign autographs and pose for selfies, it was as close as we lunatics could get to being face-to-face with Hollywood. And boy did I ever get close to Ed Sheeran. I'd like to think he leaned on me to give me a kiss, but hey, that's just moi!
Anyways, I shouted at him and he didn't notice at first. He just kept on posing for the cameras as usual. He'd already passed a couple of fans a while ago, but since I was there to have some posters signed, I needed him to come over. He was almost past my point until he took off his glasses and, probably, finally got to see beyond the flashing cameras. He then went over to the group of girls just beside me and I prepared my posters for him.
Like clockwork, the moment I got up to present my posters, he stopped right in front of me. It was at that moment that I saw his big blue eyes up close. Oh my, were they such beauties. Like deep oceans I'd gladly drown in. Two sapphires made from the most precious gems mand had ever discovered. And they pierced through me like a heat laser through a slice of bread. I could barely get my words out until he uttered, "Here Luv, I'll sign those for ya!".
He got my posters, signed each and every one of them, and gave them back to me. Oh, lest I forget, when he took my posters from me to sign them, his hand brushed against mine, firmly but still gently, as if he wanted to hold my hand. And when he gave them back to me, he leaned over, his eyes still piercing my soul, and said: "You're welcome". I know this all sounds like some cheesy rom-com moment, but I swear, this was all real.
Now that he's engaged to another woman, I know that moment was just a friendly encounter with a celebrity. Still, a girl can dream, can't she? And besides, I got this lovely collection fo signed posters!
