All this hoopla around BTS and other K-Pop bands blow my mind. I mean, these guys are crazy! I swear they'd beat you up if you so much as to say anything bad about them. But I can't judge them because I was a super fan of One Direction myself. In fact, I can’t help but remember my Directioner days now. Ahh, those were the days!
I'll never forget the day I met them. It was during a meet-and-greet right after their performance at a talk show. It was a few months before Zayn Malik left the group so little did I know, that moment was one of their last appearances as a five-member group. As per usual, I was surrounded by my fellow Directioners. And yes, we were just as crazy back then as K-Pop stans are now. Though we probably weren't as loud on Twitter. But still, our fangirl screams were deafening. My hearing was never the same again, LOL!
At the meet-and-greet, I think I lost consciousness! I didn't faint or anything, but I honestly don't remember that day all too clearly. All I know is that I managed to get their autographs because I have signed posters. Oh, and the posters are great too! The image is from their GQ shoot a while back. They're all wearing the same navy color and looking so handsome! Beside each guy is their autograph.
Ugh! I wish I could tell you more about it but in all honestly, my memories are so hazy. It was like an out-of-body experience; as if I was being controlled by someone (or something) else. And you know what? That feeling is pretty accurate. I know I was able to meet and interact with them, but I seriously can't remember what I said and what I did. I do, however, remember the feeling. My heart was about to burst out of my chest and my jaw was getting sore from all my grinning.
Nevertheless, as much as I miss those days, they're long gone. I still support the five boys individually though. I listen to their music, but their albums, watch their videos, etc. They're all still incredible but there's no replacing their awesomeness for when they were all in a group!
Please note: Our inventory is limited as we may have only received a few posters in total. Most of our items are obtained from film premieres, studios, and from autographed hounds such as the one in the story above.
