I live in New York City, and since most the cast of superhero films live in Hollywood, I rarely get to meet those A-listers here. So in my journey as an autograph-hound, I sometimes travel to the West Coast in order to get the job done. Luckily, I'm a remote worker, so oftentimes, I'm already in LA!
This is how I got the autographs of the cast of Iron Man 3. I had to travel to the two edges of the country to get them to sign all my copies of the movie poster. The first ones were the women here in the Big Apple. Gwyneth Paltrow often goes here for New York Fashion Week, so I mobilized my team to try and get her to sign as many posters while she's here. We didn't want to ask her to sign everything all at once cause she might get annoyed with us. And fortunately, our plan worked. It was the same with Rebecca Hall too, though she’s a New Yorker now so we got her autographs a lot easier than Pepper Potts’.Â
As for the guys, we actually had to go to the premiere to get their signatures. We booked this slightly sketchy motel just a little outside Hollywood, rented my cousin's car, and had the time of our lives. Perhaps a particular highlight was getting Sir Ben Kingsley's autograph! Never in a million years did I ever think I'd be able to get that legend to sign anything! And of course, Rober Downey Jr., Mr. Tony Stark himself, was as cool as ever! He is the smoothest guy I've ever encountered during my autograph-hounding!Â
So, if you want to get into this game and you live on the East Coast, know this: you’ll be seeing a lot of the West Coast to get your fair share of autographs!Â

Please note: Our inventory is limited as we may have only received a few posters in total. Most of our items are obtained from film premieres, studios, and from autographed hounds such as the one in the story above.
