Queen is The King of Bands!

Queen will forever be the best band to me. No matter how many times I listen to it, "Bohemian Rhapsody" still gives me chills. "We Are The Champions" remains the most inspirational song to ever exist. And you're not human if you don't bop your head and clap your hands when "We Will Rock You" is playing!

Sometimes, I forget that all these amazing tracks were made by one iconic band. In fact, iconic doesn't even begin to describe Queen. As regal as their name, the band stood as a rock revolution in the late 20th century. Putting forth a legacy that, to this day, is still alive and well. And even though the great Freddie Mercury has passed on, I'm still grateful for what he left behind. Even more so, I'm still grateful I'm alive at a time where Brian May, Roger Taylor & John Deacon are all still alive.

You can imagine my shock when I actually met them in person. I and a couple of friends of mine went to the 91st Academy Awards, knowing full well that Brian May and Roger Taylor were going to be there. We brought along our Queen posters hoping they would sign them. When they finally arrived on the red carpet, we lost it. We couldn't believe we were within the same sphere as these legends. Our friend Martha screamed so hard for them, she almost looked like an escaped mental patient. In fact, many of us looked like mental cases, and we didn't care!

It's easy to get embarrassed in front fo stars, no matter how legendary they are, but for some reason, we didn't care. We just continued making a fuss to get Queen's attention. And it worked! Before we knew it, Brian May and Roger Taylor approached us. They got our posters and gave their autographs on it. Each and every one. We all got so star struck that, ironically, we shut up after that. It was only when we got to my place for a post-Oscars soiree that we finally started talking.

Now, even without Freddie Mercury's, we still feel we got Queen's autographs. But how did we get John Deacon's? The posters we brought along actually belonged to my mom, who was also a Queen groupie. In a chance encounter many years ago, during a trip to the UK, she bumped into the icon himself. Never one to miss an opportunity, she got out her Queen posters—that she bought that same day— and asked for his autograph. And the rest is history.

Well, now these posters will remain in history forever. Signed by some of the greatest musicians who ever lived. I hope future generations will remember Queen through them!

Please note: Our inventory is limited as we may have only received a few posters in total. Most of our items are obtained from film premieres, studios, and from autographed hounds such as the one in the story above.
