Returns Policy

01 Scope

This policy explains how returns, refunds and order cancellations work at Poster Memorabilia.

Our Returns Policy is separate from our Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee, which applies to eligible purchases in accordance with its own terms.

02 90-Day Returns

Eligible purchases may be returned within 90 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, subject to the conditions set out in this policy.

The 90-day period begins on the date your order is delivered.

03 How to Return

Returns are started through our online returns portal.

Depending on your order and location, the following return options may be available:

• Easy Returns: if Easy Returns was added to your order at checkout, an eligible prepaid tracked return label can be issued through the portal.
• Prepaid return label: a prepaid tracked return label may be available through the portal for eligible locations.
• Self-ship: you may arrange return shipping using a carrier of your choice at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked service.

04 Refunds

Approved refunds cover the purchase price of the returned piece and are issued to the original payment method.

Once a refund has been processed, the time required for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider.

05 Condition of Returns

Returned pieces should be sent back in the condition in which they were received, complete with their Certificate of Authenticity and accompanying documentation.

Posters should be carefully rolled and protected for the return journey. Where possible, we recommend using the original protective tube and outer packaging.

Returned pieces must be complete and free from damage caused after delivery.

06 Damaged or Lost in Transit

We take care to protect every piece during shipping. Posters are rolled inside a rigid protective tube, which is then packed inside a rectangular outer box for additional protection during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the piece and the packaging in which it arrived.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

If tracking indicates that an order has stalled or may have been lost in transit, contact our team and we will investigate the shipment directly.

07 Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Orders that have not yet been dispatched may be cancelled or changed where possible. Once an order has been dispatched, the return process set out above applies.

08 Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee

Our Returns Policy and Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee are separate protections.

Eligible purchases are backed by our Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee in accordance with the eligibility requirements and terms of that guarantee.

09 Your Consumer Rights

This Returns Policy provides additional rights offered by Poster Memorabilia.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable consumer protection laws.
