1Our Promise

Every signature sold by Poster Memorabilia is backed by our Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee. We stand behind every signature we sell. Forever.

Collectors should never have to wonder whether a company will still stand behind its word years later. We will.

If a signature purchased from Poster Memorabilia is ever proven to be inauthentic, we will promptly refund the full purchase price paid for the piece. There is no time limit on this guarantee — not one year, not ten years, but for life.

2What It Covers

It covers the authenticity of the signature(s) on the piece: that each signature was genuinely hand-signed by the person named in the listing and on the Certificate of Authenticity.

Authenticity doesn't expire. Neither does this guarantee.

3What "Proven Inauthentic" Means

A signature will be considered proven inauthentic if a written opinion from a recognised professional autograph authentication service — for example PSA/DNA or Beckett Authentication Services (BAS) — concludes that the signature is not genuine.

We may also accept other credible evidence at our reasonable discretion, and we will always review every claim in good faith. Where opinions differ between authenticators, we will assess the available evidence fairly and, where appropriate, obtain an additional independent opinion at our own expense before reaching a decision.

4How to Make a Claim

Email support@postermemorabilia.com with:

• your order number, or the serial number on the Certificate of Authenticity;
• the written authentication opinion or other evidence described in section 3; and
• your contact details.

We will acknowledge your claim within two business days and keep you informed throughout the review process.

5The Remedy

If a signature is determined to be inauthentic under this guarantee, Poster Memorabilia will promptly refund the full purchase price paid for the piece. If returning the item is required as part of the claim, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

6Who Can Claim

This guarantee belongs to the original purchaser who bought the piece directly from Poster Memorabilia. If you acquired a piece from another collector or through a secondary sale, we still encourage you to contact us — while the guarantee is held by the original purchaser, we will always investigate a genuine authenticity concern about any piece we originally sold.

7This Guarantee & Your Other Rights

This Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee is separate from, and in addition to, our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, which allows you to return any purchase within 90 days of delivery, for any reason, for a full refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
