Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee

01 Our Guarantee

The Poster Memorabilia Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee applies to eligible pieces purchased directly from Poster Memorabilia on or after July 1, 2026.

We represent our signed pieces as containing genuine hand-signed autographs and stand behind their authenticity in accordance with the terms of this guarantee.

For eligible purchases, our commitment under this guarantee does not expire.

02 What the Guarantee Covers

The guarantee covers the authenticity of the signatures represented on an eligible piece purchased directly from Poster Memorabilia.

Each signature is represented as having been genuinely hand-signed by the person identified in the product listing and accompanying Certificate of Authenticity.

This guarantee relates specifically to autograph authenticity.

03 Authenticity Determinations

For the purposes of this guarantee, a signature is considered proven inauthentic where PSA/DNA has physically examined the original piece and issued a formal written determination that the signature is not genuine.

The determination must relate to the actual piece purchased from Poster Memorabilia and identify the item physically examined.

Photograph-only assessments, QuickOpinion or similar preliminary screenings, verbal opinions, online commentary, and “inconclusive” or “unable to authenticate” results do not constitute a determination that a signature is inauthentic under this guarantee.

Poster Memorabilia may verify a submitted determination directly with PSA/DNA before accepting a claim.

04 Our Commitment

If a signature is established as inauthentic in accordance with this Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee, Poster Memorabilia will refund the purchase price paid for the piece following verification and return of the corresponding item.

The returned piece must correspond with the purchase and its identifying Certificate of Authenticity and documentation.

05 Who the Guarantee Covers

The Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee applies to the original purchaser of an eligible piece purchased directly from Poster Memorabilia on or after July 1, 2026.

Purchases made before July 1, 2026 are not covered by this Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee and remain subject to the terms, policies and consumer rights applicable to those purchases.

06 Your Other Rights

The Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee is an additional commitment made by Poster Memorabilia in relation to autograph authenticity.

Nothing in this guarantee excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable consumer protection laws.
