Seeing The Real Slim Shady At His Concert

There's really no one quite like the GOAT. When it comes to rap, Eminem reigns supreme. He's the Slim Shady! He can beat anyone at a rap battle. Perhaps even himself if he ever tried to do it. I am a huge fan of Eminem and always will be. Especially after I met him myself.

It was during his "Slim Shade" tour when I met the guy. It was at the height of his popularity. He had a movie out, I think, and he also might have been dating Christina Aguilera at the time. Anyways, the place was jampacked. You couldn't even move at all in the moshpit. For a thin guy like me, I just got swayed up and down whenever the people around me danced. Yeah, the place was that tight. And I wasn't surprised. In fact, I sort of felt proud that someone I liked was also adored by thousands of people.

And, of course, he was amazing! He performed the heck out of that setlist. He spit his rhymes so hard, I wouldn't be surprised the people at the front actually got spit it on. And it was his energy that was so electrifying. There were times he got so into it, it almost felt as if he was ravaging. Like he was ready to beat someone up. Let me tell you if some of the people he dissed on his tracks were there, he really could have beaten the living day light's out of 'em.

After the show, I and my buddy lined up for a little meet-and-greet that was scheduled for fans. We bought a number of his tour poster as a remembrance, but also as a small business venture to earn a few extra bucks. However, the meet-and-greet started a little late. Eminem might have had a fit and probably wanted to cancel it.

But since there were already so many people there, and the producers didn't want a riot in their hands, they still forced him to do it. How do I know this? Well, for one thing, when he finally appeared, he looked pissed. Also, I heard it at a gossip site a few weeks after. So I'm not sure if that whole story is true.

In fact, he looked so pissed, my buddy and I suddenly had second thoughts. We were worried we might piss him even further if we asked for his autograph on the same poster again and again. We even wanted to leave. However, we knew if we did, we'd regret it. So at the risk of getting beat up by Slim Shady, we went for it. Fortunately, by the time it was our turn, he had lightened up. He signed all of our copies and didn't look pissed at all. But at the same time, he didn't look all too happy either.

I'm still glad we stuck it out in the end. And here are the fruits of our labor. They're pretty valuable, you know? We almost got beat up by Eminem for them! Just kidding!

Please note: Our inventory is limited as we may have only received a few posters in total. Most of our items are obtained from film premieres, studios, and from autographed hounds such as the one in the story above.
