"Godzilla vs. Kong" is the crossover I never knew I needed. I've been a fan of monster movies since I was a kid and these two, Godzilla & King Kong, were among my favorites. Imagine my surprise when they suddenly announced a film where the two would fight it out on the big screen!
I got so excited that I asked my friend, who worked in the film, to send me a few copies of the movie poster. I wanted that poster so bad! It'd be the best part of my monster movie memorabilia collection! I already have Godzilla and King Kong posters, but this would be the first that they're both on the same one. I couldn't pass up that opportunity! And since the movie was streaming on Amazon Prime, local cinemas won't have it. My best bet was through my buddy!
After a few months of waiting, I finally received my friend's package. He told me it was the poster I wanted but it felt heavy! I didn't know why a single poster would weigh so much until I saw what was inside. To my complete and utter surprise, not only did I receive a stack of the "Godzilla vs Kong" movie posters, but they were also autographed! The main cast—Millie Bobby Brown, Alexander Skarsgård, Rebecca Hall, Eiza González, and more—all signed these posters. It was incredible!
I hurriedly called my friend to ask him what was going on and he said that since I had the means to, he got the cast to sign the posters. Fortunately, the actors were really nice and didn't hesitate to give their autographs. It was so sweet of them to do and I'd always be grateful for that!
Other than that, I can't help but gush about how awesome these posters are! I mean, I already knew it'd be the best poster I'll ever own but I didn't think it'd be this good! The amazing colors, the imposing tone, and the silhouettes of the iconic monsters in the distance—epic! I still get chills whenever I look at it! I had one of the posters framed and it now hangs in my apartment. I dare say that it's the best thing inside my home right now. And I'm not even exaggerating!
Since my friend, as well as the cast of "Godzilla vs Kong," did something nice, I figured I ought to do the same. So now, I'm sharing my extra signed copies of the movie poster with all of you! I hope they give you as many thrills as they do to me!
