Ben Affleck, Ana de Armas, Jacob Elordi, and Kristen Connolly. Goddamn, this cast is hot! I've never seen this many beautiful people in a single movie for a long time! The bisexual in me is shaking, that's for goddamn sure! I became so obsessed that I wanted their autographs. And so, I got them!
I've been hounding for autographs since I was in my late teens. It helped that I've lived in LA all my life. I've had my fair share of red carpet events and random celebrity sightings and I never miss the opportunity to hound for some autographs. But for the cast of "Deep Water," however, I had to rely on my friends. Many of my childhood friends grew up to be part of show business and, in turn, have become close with many major celebs. Luckily, some of those celebs are part of this beautiful cast.
I can't say which ones though since I still want to protect my friends. All I can say is that it's good to have friends in high places! And yes, I think of getting acquainted with Hollywood celebs as a "high place." I'm shallow that way; sue me! Anyway, it only took around an hour and a half of a phone call for my friend to accept my "request." In fact, I made it more fun by making it a challenge. I gave my friends two months to accomplish this "task" and if they did, I'd be their personal assistant for a week. You can imagine how stressful working in show business can be so to get help from anyone is a godsend.
Truth be told, I was a little nervous making this bet. I've seen how stressed my friends can get when it comes to their careers. And though I've benefitted from them, I've always chosen to stray away from their jobs. I didn't want to add to their stress. However, this is an opportunity I can't miss! I mean, the cast of "Deep Water" has many big names. Even if things were back to normal and I can meet them at red carpet events and whatnot, there's no guarantee I'd get their autographs. Going through my friends is my best bet.
But of course, my friends did not disappoint! Not only did they get the major stars' autographs. They practically got the entire cast to sign movie posters for me. And yes, they did it all within two months. Actually, I received them a little after the first month. They handed the autographed posters with such smug faces, I had mixed emotions. It was a weird blend of excitement and pissed off, LOL!
In any case, a deal's a deal so, after I received my beloved autographs, I worked for my friends for an entire week. I figured it'd be a piece of cake since it was only seven days but hell no! Their jobs are hectic! I'm surprised our friendship didn't end right then and there. But thank goodness our bonds are strong than we thought. After that stressful week, I never felt jealous of my Hollywood friends ever again!
Even now, when I see that they got the likes of Ben Affleck and Ana de Armas to sign movie posters, I still wouldn't trade places with them. Thank God they haven't exploded from having worked in Hollywood! If that were me, I wouldn't have lasted a week! I'm good with just being an autograph hound, thank you.
lease note: Our inventory is limited as we may have only received a few posters in total. Most of our items are obtained from film premieres, studios, and from autographed hounds such as the one in the story above.
