Reuniting with Wonder Woman on the Premiere of "Dawn of Justice"

Getting the "Superman vs. Batman: Dawn of Justice" cast's autographs was kinda special to me cause I reunited with an old friend. Ok, well I may be using the term 'friend' very loosely here but still, I and Wonder Woman herself go way back. Even before she donned her gold bracelets!

Now, it's no secret that before portraying Wonder Woman, Gal Gadot was a former Miss Israel. And she represented her country in the 2004 Miss Universe pageant. I was part of the crew that helped that worked on that live telecast. It was held in Quito, Ecuador and will always be the best job I ever had. I was surrounded by 80+ women, the most beautiful from different countries around the world. And as many have already realized, Gadot was one of them!

At the time, she had short curly hair and was cute and adorable. She was not a diva unlike many of her contestants at the time. She was a bit shy but still sexy as hell! And while she was all smiles when the camera turned to her, it was obvious from the get-go that she wasn't there to win. She wasn't like the other girls who's almost literally scratch your eyes out if you mess up their hair or step on their dresses.

What I would never forget about Gadot at the time, though, was that she never failed to smile at me. Most of the misses smiled at us, but there was something about hers that always stuck with me. Maybe that's why she ultimately became Wonder Woman!

Anyways, hoping that she'd recognize me, I went to the premiere of "Superman vs. Batman: Dawn of Justice". And then I saw her, all sexy and gorgeous, just like in the pageant. How she didn't win the beauty contest, I will never understand. I tried smiling at her when she was signing my posters, hoping she'd recognize me, but alas, she didn't! I even asked her if she remembered me. Well, it was either she didn't hear my question or she didn't want to remember if she knew me. No harm, no foul.

So a lesson to all you fanboys out there. Always be kind to the people around you. You never know where they'll end up a few years from now!

Please note: Our inventory is limited as we may have only received a few posters in total. Most of our items are obtained from film premieres, studios, and from autographed hounds such as the one in the story above.
