Please note: Our inventory is limited as we may have only received a few posters in total. Most of our items are obtained from film premieres, studios, and from autographed hounds such as the one in the story below:
I miss red carpet events! If it wasn't for this damn pandemic, I would have gone to a lot last year. And it doesn't even look like there'll be more this year either. As an autograph hound, I live for those types of events! I even remember the last time I want to: the world premiere of the Disney/Pixar film, "Onward."
Of course, I'll never forget that night! It was the first time I met a lot of actors I've seriously wanted an autograph from. And that was the first night that I was able to get it! I was particularly excited to get Tom Holland's autograph since I always missed him when I went to MCU red carper premiered. I never would have thought that I'd finally get it from this Disney movie. I got the posters for "Onward" ready in my hands and he, being the great guy that he is, was actually the first in the cast to approach me. Well, he approached all of the fans but I was, incidentally, the one right in front of him.
I gotta say, he really is a handsome young man. I may be a woman in my 30s but even I can recognize when a guy is really dreamy. No wonder Zendaya was linked to him! Not to mention the fact that he's extremely friendly! Even though I thought he'd feel awkward with a way older woman fawning over him, he never let it on. He smiled as he signed my posters, looking so charming that I'm sure I looked as red as a tomato while he did it.
The one I was most excited about, however, was Julia Louis-Dreyfus's autograph. I've never gotten a star of that caliber to sign something of mine. I'm also a huge fan of "Seinfeld" so to see her in person was a dream come true! As I expected, she was also charming, nice, and very accommodating to her fans. It was clear she's been in the game for years. She really knows how to handle her admirers well. She even got my posters even before I asked her to sign them! What a pro! After seeing her autographs on them, I was about ready to die!
But not before I got Chris Pratt's autograph first! He is one of the leads of the film! And one of my all-time favorites among the Hollywood "Chris's." Looking like the dreamiest guy out there, his charm was out of this world. He was like a modern-day Prince Charming but you could just tell that there wasn't anything fake about it. So nice, so warm, so friendly! Goodness gracious! How Anna Faris could ever separate from this guy, I'll never understand!
Eventually, I got the rest of the cast to sign my posters as well. That was the best night of 2020 for me and having seen how the year turned out to be, that's not saying much! Damn! I really miss going to red carpet events! Come on, Miss Rona! Leave already!
