You know, the perks of having a cousin who works for one of the big wigs in Marvel Studios is that she can get me access to some of their biggest events. And what's a bigger event than when Kevin Feige announced the cast of "Infinity War" during the 2017 D-23 Expo? None, really! Held near Disneyland itself, it’s one of the more exclusive events for Disney and Marvel fans!
It was one of the most exciting days of my and my team's lives. There we were, about to get face-to-face with Ironman, Captain America, Thor, and the other Avengers! And not only that, we were about to find out more—before anybody else—about one of MCU's biggest movies! So you know that yours truly not only got the celebrities' autographs, I took notes of what to expect too!
But back to my autograph-hounding. It was practically a piece of cake. The celebs met up with each and every fan who attended the expo and signed whatever they brought. In our case, we brought out a few copies of the "Captain America: Civil War" poster. We were really siked we got all of the major stars' autographs: Robert Downy Jr. Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo, and more! They couldn't be nicer about it too, even though we had them sign around five to six copies of the same thing.
It's a pity we weren't able to bring copies of other Marvel movie posters that day. We’re not sure if we’ll ever have the opportunity to see most of the major Avengers in one place again!
